DELIVERY COSTS

After the order confirmation, Giner y Colomer, sl will manage and organize the shipment, as soon as possible, through independent transport agencies specializing in furniture. The delivery time will vary between 15 and 25 business days from the order confirmation, depending on the place where the delivery must be made and the volume of the merchandise. Said delivery period may vary due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Giner y Colomer, sl, in which case the client will be promptly informed and the delivery will always be sped up as much as possible. The shipping costs will be detailed and calculated according to the volume of the merchandise at the time of the confirmation of the order when the client will likewise be informed, unless the customer requires any special delivery condition that causes additional costs. The carrier will receive instructions to make a telephone call to the customer the day before delivery in order to agree on the time and place of delivery. Transportation will always be made to the building's portal, unless other services have been contracted and agreed to expicitly, so if the delivery address turns out to be a floor, the customer will be responsible for providing the necessary help by their own means to upload the goods up the stairs, except expressly contracted. The customer is solely responsible for verifying that the measurements of the requested product are in accordance with the accesses to his home address or delivery address, paying particular attention to doors, stairs, ceilings, corridors, landings, etc. All the measurements of the products, as well as the packing of the package of Giner y Colomer, SL are real measurements, which do not take into account the additional transport packages.
