RETURN POLICY


The return period in our online store is 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Under no circumstances must the client return the goods to Giner y Colomer, sl by their own means. Giner y Colomer, s.l. will not be responsible for the merchandise if the customer returns it by its own means.

Here is how to proceed in each case:

1. PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

When you receive the product, you should check it well. If you find that it has been damaged during the shipment, please contact us immediately through our contact channels or by calling the number 96 225 76 54 where we will indicate the procedure to follow.

2. INCORRECT PRODUCT

In the event that we may have sent the wrong product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it. Please contact our customer service at the e-mail address pedidos@ginerycolomer.com

3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In order to return defective product, first it will be necessary to verify the defect of the piece by means of photos in which it is verified that the article is in fact damaged or deteriorated. From here everything runs from our position.

All furniture and its parts are guaranteed for 2 years. In the case of a defective product, Giner y Colomer, sl will be responsible for all the necessary expenses for the repair, replacement or refund of the corresponding amount. All this is free of charge for the consumer.

This Guarantee includes freight, material and labor, but according to the consumer goods guarantee law, the product's own characteristics (such as wood behavior, ...) are excluded from its coverage, as well as the damages produced by a bad use of the product or an inadequate cleaning.

This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, bumping, use or improper handling, incorrect installation, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use.

The warranty will be null and void:

If the data in it or in the voucher of purchase is modified, altered or replaced.

To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present proof of purchase.

The guarantee offered by Giner y Colomer, sl complies with the legal requirements demanded both in the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU) as in Law 3/2014, of 27 March, by which the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is modified. (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, November, 16th).

4. PRODUCT DOES NOT SATISFY THE EXPECTATIONS

If you receive the product, and it is not what you were looking for, do not worry; you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it. To do so, you can contact Giner y Colomer, SL by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.

After having received the goods in our warehouse and checked their status, you will get the refund of the amount of your order, minus the transport costs, by bank transfer.

Do not forget to keep the original packaging, because if you do not return the product in the original packaging the product will suffer a depreciation. We recommend that, in case of returning an already opened product, it is repackaged very well with all the protections supplied by Giner y Colomer, sl; keep in mind that it can afterwards suffer blows during transport and if we receive it in a damaged condition, we will have to apply an extra cost for said depreciation of the product.

5. WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?

If you return a product due to an error by Giner y Colomer, i.e. the product is damaged, deteriorated, defective or there was an error in shipping, we will always assume all costs of the return.

If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, please contact us at pedidos@ginerycolomer.com or 96 225 76 54. The return costs will be the same as the delivery costs. These deliveries and return costs will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

Products made with special measures or manufactured to order according to the customer's specifications, choice of upholstery, measure or finish, except those that are defective or incorrectly supplied, will not be subject to change or return.
